Ornima's Veggi Cake is a premium eggless cake concentrate to achieve desired taste, softness, color, volume for eggless sponge for preparation of cakes and pastries.
Directions for use
Unit Weight: 1 Kg
- Place water and sugar in a mixing bowl and dissolve it.
- Add cake gel in mixing bowl and whisk it at high speed for I min.
- Dry blend 1kg Veggi Cake and wheat flour and add to above mix and whisk at slow speed for 30 sec. to 1 min.
- Scale the batter at whisk at high speed for 4 mints.
- Reduce the mixing speed and pour the required quantity of oil into the batter and whisk at slow speed for 1 min.
- Scale the batter into well-greased cake molds.
- Bake at 170°C for 30 to 35 mints.
